People’s Choice Award for Contractor of the Year (NARI)

Each year, the National Association of the Remodeling Industry presents the CotY Award to remodelers who have done remarkable work in their selected categories. These remodelers have gained recognition for their outstanding results.

Klemons Award (NARI)

Named after Barry Klemons, GC, the Klemons Award honors remodelers who demonstrate a commitment to faith, family, and community through the remodeling industry.

Hope Award (NARI)

This award is given to individuals who demonstrate professionalism and commitment to the remodeling industry.
